摘　　要：目的 检测核因子-κB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)RANKL在单囊型成釉细胞瘤开窗减压前、后的表达,探讨开窗减压术治疗的单囊型成釉细胞瘤可能机制。方法 收集40例经病理证实为单囊型成釉细胞瘤患者开窗减压治疗前、后的标本,采用免疫组化染色检测单囊型成釉细胞瘤上皮层中RANKL的表达。结果 20例单囊型成釉细胞瘤开窗减压前上皮中均有RANKL表达,开窗后RANKL表达水平下降,强阳性率显著低于开窗减压术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RANKL在成釉细胞瘤囊壁上皮中呈高表达,开窗减压后表达水平降低。RANKL在单囊型成釉细胞瘤的骨吸收机制中可能发挥关键作用。Objective To examine the expression of receptor acivator of nuclear factor⁃κB ligand(RANKL)before and after the de⁃compression of the unicystic ameloblastoma,and to explore the possible mechanism of the unicystic ameloblastoma treated by the de⁃compression.Methods The samples from 40 patients with pathologically confirmed unicystic ameloblastoma were collected and the expression of RANKL in the epithelial layer of unicystic amelolastoma was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results All 20 cases of amelblastoma showed RANKL expression in the epithelium before opening decompression,the positive rate after window o⁃pening decompression was significantly lower than that before window opening decompression,and the difference was statistically signif⁃icant(P<0.05).Conclusion RANKL is highly expressed in the ameloblastoma cyst wall epithelium,and the expression level was reduced after window decompression.RANKL may play a key role in the mechanism of bone resorption in unicystic amelobastoma.
