摘 要:新中国“十七年”时期是河南电影放映员队伍建立和成熟的时期,其发展并不是一蹴而就,而是随着种种问题的出现和解决一步步完善起来的。放映员在工作中既面临上级规定的任务,又面对地方实践的难题,在工作中他们产生过身份认同的迷茫。他们的身份认同是在国家意志与自身职业诉求的张力中共同塑造的,体现了基层文化工作者对国家意志的应对与调适。探究这一时期放映员群体在工作实践中的职业困境与身份认同,可以展现出“小人物”在国家意识形态延伸过程中的复杂历程。The period of“seventeen years”as of the founding of the People’s Republic of China was a period of establishment and maturity of the Henan movie projectionist team,whose development did not happen overnight,but was perfected step by step with the emergence and resolution of various problems.In the course of their work,the projectionists were confronted with both the tasks stipulated by their superiors and the difficulties of local practice,and in the course of their work,they were confused about their identity.Their identity was shaped by the tension between the national will and their own professional demands,reflecting grassroots cultural workers’response and adaptation to the national will.By exploring the professional dilemmas and identities of the projectionist group in this period,we can show the complex history of the“little people”in the process of extending the national ideology.
