氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取武警黑龙江省总队医院2021年9月—2022年10月收治的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组单用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组社会关系、躯体功能、生理功能、精神状态评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血红蛋白、粒细胞比率高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组白细胞计数低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床效果显著,可改善患者神经功能和血常规指标,提高患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Heilongjiang Armed Police Corps Hospital from September2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the score of the national institutes of health stroke scale in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of social relationship,physical function,physiological function and mental state of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The ratio of hemoglobin and granulocyte in two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the white blood cell count in two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:The clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction is significant,which can improve the nerve function and blood routine indexes of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
