摘　　要：目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)、液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)、阴道镜联合检查在早期宫颈病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月滨州医学院附属医院收治的400例疑似早期宫颈病变患者作为研究对象,均进行HPV、TCT、阴道镜检查及病理检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,比较HPV联合TCT检查与HPV、TCT联合阴道镜检查对早期宫颈病变的诊断效能。结果:400例疑似早期宫颈病变患者中,病理诊断检测出阳性350例,阴性50例。HPV、TCT联合阴道镜检查诊断早期宫颈病变的灵敏度、符合率高于HPV联合TCT检查,特异度低于HPV联合TCT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HPV、TCT、阴道镜联合检查诊断早期宫颈病的灵敏度及符合率较高,适用于早期宫颈癌病变的诊断。Objective:To analyze the application value of human papilloma virus(HPV) combined with liquid-based thinprep cytologic test(TCT) and colposcopy in the diagnosis of early cervical lesions.Methods:A total of 400 patients with suspected early cervical lesions admitted to Binzhou Medical College Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent HPV,TCT,colposcopy,and pathological examination.The pathological examination results were used as the golden standard to compare the diagnostic efficiency between HPV combined with TCT and HPV combined with TCT and colposcopy for early cervical lesions.Results:Among 400 patients with suspected early cervical lesions,pathological diagnosis detected 350 positive cases and 50 negative cases.The sensitivity and coincidence rate of HPV combined with TCT and colposcopy in diagnosing early cervical lesions were higher than those of HPV combined with TCT,and the specificity was lower than that of HPV combined with TCT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of HPV,TCT,and colposcopy examination has higher sensitivity and coincidence rate in the diagnosis of early cervical lesions,and is suitable for the diagnosis of early cervical cancer lesions.
