摘　　要：目的:住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)是指高等院校医学类专业本科及以上学生在医学院校毕业后,以住院医师身份接受的系统化、规范化培训。建立规培制度是中国深化医药卫生体制改革和医学教育改革的重大举措,也是中国医学教育逐步实现现代化的必然选择。该文深入分析了中国血液病科规培现状及其面临的主要挑战,并提出了相应的改进措施,以期为提高规培质量,培养更专业、高效的临床医师提供参考。The standardized training of resident doctors(referred to as standardized training) refers to the systematic and standardized training for medical students with bachelor's degree or above after graduation from medical colleges and universities.The establishment of a training system is an important measure for China to deepen the reform of the medical and health system and the reform of medical education,and it is also an inevitable choice for the gradual modernization of China's medical education.This paper analyzed the current situation and main challenges of training in hematology departments in China,and put forward corresponding improvement measures,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of training and training more professional and efficient clinicians.
