摘　　要：目的探讨SOX11基因多态性与精神分裂症的相关性及对抑郁行为的影响。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对60例精神分裂症患者(观察组)和60名健康志愿者(对照组)的SOX11基因rs16864067、rs12478711、rs2564045和rs2252087位点进行分型;采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及卡尔加里抑郁症状评定量表(CDSS)对观察组精神分裂症状的严重程度和抑郁症状进行评估。结果两组在rs16864067、rs12478711和rs2564045位点基因型和等位基因分布频率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PANSS和CDSS评分在rs16864067和rs12478711位点的GG、GA和AA基因型间呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.05),在rs2564045位点AA、AG和GG基因型间呈逐渐下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论SOX11基因rs16864067、rs12478711和rs2564045位点变异可能与精神分裂症发病存在关联,且与疾病的严重程度和抑郁行为有关。Objective To explore the correlation between SOX11 gene polymorphism with schizophrenia and its influence on depressive behavior.Methods A total of 60 patients with schizophrenia(observation group)and 60 healthy volunteers(control group)were selected and their rs16864067,rs12478711,rs2564045 and rs2252087 loci of SOX11 gene were genotyped through real-time quantitative PCR technology.Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and Calgary Depressive Symptom Scale(CDSS)were used to evaluate the severity of schizophrenic symptoms and depressive symptoms in observation group.Results There existed significant differences in the distribution frequencies of genotypes and alleles of SOX11 gene rs16864067,rs12478711 and rs2564045 between two groups(P<0.05).The total scores of PANSS and CDSS showed gradual upward trends among GG,GA and AA genotypes at rs16864067 and rs12478711 loci(P<0.05),and gradual downward trends among AA,AG and GG genotypes at rs2564045 locus(P<0.05).Conclusion SOX11 gene rs16864067,rs12478711 and rs2564045 loci variants may be associated with the pathogenesis of schizophrenia,and are related to the severity of the disease and depressive behavior.
