摘  要:“知行合一”思想作为王阳明思想的核心内容之一,知行合一并进,做到真知、真行,是知行合一思想的精髓,也是当代大学生应该培育的人格垂范。培育大学生树立躬行务实的实践人格不仅影响学校素质教育的水平,更关乎我国社会主义事业的发展。用“知行合一”思想培育大学生实践人格,必须构建崇尚实践人格的价值体系;营造有利于实践人格培育的校园文化;丰富实践人格培育的路径。The concept of“Unity of Knowledge and Action,”one of the core contents of Wang Yangming's ideology,emphasizes the integration of knowledge and practice.Cultivating the practical personality of college students is not only essential for improving the level of quality education in schools but also vital for the development of China's socialist cause.To cultivate the practical personality of college students in line with the concept of“Unity of Knowledge and Action,”it is necessary to construct a value system that advocates practical personality,create a campus culture atmosphere conducive to practical personality development,and enrich the path of practical personality cultivation.
