盐酸羟考酮缓释片与硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌症疼痛患者的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸羟考酮缓释片与硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌症疼痛患者的临床效果。方法102例中重度癌症疼痛患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组51例。对照组应用硫酸吗啡缓释片进行镇痛治疗,研究组患者则使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片进行镇痛治疗。对比两组患者的镇痛效果、治疗过程中不良反应发生情况以及镇痛前后生活质量评分。结果研究组患者镇痛总有效率为98.04%(50/51),显著高于对照组患者的82.35%(42/51)(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率9.80%(5/51)显著低于对照组患者的45.10%(23/51)(P<0.05)。镇痛前两组患者生活质量评分组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);镇痛后两组患者生活质量评分较镇痛前明显降低,且研究组患者生活质量评分(12.23±5.13)分低于对照组的(16.59±4.81)分(P<0.05)。结论对中重度癌症疼痛患者使用盐酸羟考酮缓释片镇痛价值肯定,相较于硫酸吗啡缓释片镇痛效果更好,安全性更高,有助于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain.Methods A total of 102 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,while patients in the study group were treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The analgesic effect,adverse drug reactions during treatment and quality of life score before and after analgesia were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of analgesia in the study group was 98.04%(50/51),which was significantly higher than 82.35%(42/51)in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.80%(5/51),which was significantly lower than 45.10%(23/51)in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before analgesia(P>0.05).After analgesia,the quality of life score in the two groups was significantly lower than that before analgesia,and the quality of life score of(12.23±5.13)points in the study group was lower than(16.59±4.81)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets has a positive analgesic value for patients with moderate to severe cancer pain.Compared with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets has better analgesic effect and higher safety,and helps to improve the quality of life of patients.
