坦度螺酮联合艾司西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症伴焦虑的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨坦度螺酮联合艾司西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症伴焦虑的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月常熟市第三人民医院收治的首发抑郁症伴焦虑患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组接受艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用坦度螺酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。治疗2、4、6、8周后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组抗抑郁药不良反应量表(SERS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学(P=0.005);治疗4、6、8周后,两组SERS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:坦度螺酮联合艾司西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症伴焦虑的临床效果显著,能够改善抑郁、焦虑症状,且不良反应较小。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tandospirone combined with escitalopram in the treatment of first-episode depression with anxiety.Methods:Sixty first-onset depression patients with anxiety treated at Changshu Third People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with escitalopram,while the observation group received treatment with tandospirone on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).After 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the Side Effect Rating Scale(SERS) score for antidepressants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.005);After 4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SERS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of tandospirone combined with escitalopram in the treatment of first-episode depression with anxiety is significant,which can improve symptoms of depression and anxiety,with minimal adverse reactions.
