摘　　要：目的:分析保乳术联合放疗在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月临沂市蒙阴县人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象。随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采取改良乳腺癌根治术联合放疗治疗,观察组采取保乳术联合放疗治疗。比较两组甲状腺功能、预后效果及不良反应严重程度。结果:随访1年后,两组促甲状腺激素、甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平低于放疗前,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组无进展生存率、总生存率、不良反应严重程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保乳术联合放疗对乳腺癌患者甲状腺功能影响较小,且不影响预后效果及不良反应严重程度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with breast cancer admitted to Mengyin County People's Hospital of Shandong Province from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy combined with radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy.The thyroid function,prognosis and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After one year of follow-up,the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone,thyroxine and triiodothyronine in the two groups were lower than those before radiotherapy,but the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in progression-free survival rate,overall survival rate and severity of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Breast-conserving surgery combined with radiotherapy has little influence on thyroid function of breast cancer patients,and has no influence on the prognosis and adverse reactions.
