调节性T细胞、白细胞介素-6诊断中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析调节性T细胞(Treg)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)诊断中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的价值。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月威海市中心医院收治的中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者85例为观察组,良性卵巢囊肿患者45例为对照组。收集患者临床资料,采用多因素Logistic回归分析中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿发生的影响因素;绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析Treg、IL-6对中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的预测价值。结果:观察组外周血Treg水平低于对照组,IL-6水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析显示,Treg为中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿发生的保护因素(OR=0.408,P=0.002),IL-6为中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿发生的危险因素(OR=1.323,P<0.001)。Treg、IL-6及两者联合预测价值较高(ROC曲线下面积=0.886、0.968、0.988,P<0.001)。结论:Treg、IL-6是中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿发生的影响因素,Treg、IL-6水平对中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿有预测价值。Objective:To analyze the value of regulatory T cells(Treg) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the diagnosis of moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis cysts.Methods:A total of 85 patients with moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis cyst admitted to Weihai Central Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group and 45 patients with benign ovarian cyst as the control group.The clinical data of the patients were collected and the factors affecting the occurrence of moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis cyst were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of Treg and IL-6 in moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis cysts.Results:Treg level in peripheral blood of observation group was lower than control group,IL-6 level was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that Treg was a protective factor for the occurrence of moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis cysts(OR=0.408,P=0.002),IL-6 was a risk factor for moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis cysts(OR=1.323,P<0.001).Treg,IL-6 and their combination had high predictive value(area under ROC curve =0.886,0.968,0.988,P<0.001).Conclusion:Treg and IL-6 are influential factors in the occurrence of moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis cysts,and Treg and IL-6 levels have predictive value for moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis cysts.
