摘　　要：集团管控体系作为集团企业持续发展的基石,是企业效益和竞争力的动力来源.以2002—2023年CNKI数据库收录的与国内集团管控相关的期刊论文为样本,利用信息可视化软件CiteSpace分析有关集团管控的研究主题,梳理近二十年的研究和不同阶段研究的特点,研究发现国内集团管控研究群体正处在高速发展时期,集团管控研究机构主要集中在大型国央企、研究院所和高校,研究热点集中于集团治理结构、集团公司战略管理、集团公司内部控制、集团公司管控模式与机制、集团公司创新管控五个方面,研究视角趋向多元化,并呈现多学科交叉的趋势.在新形势下,企业集团的数字化管控和国际化管控是值得关注的方向.As the cornerstone of the sustainable development of group enterprises,group control system is the power source of corporate efficiency and competitiveness.Taking the journal papers related to domestic group management and control included in the CNKI database from 2002 to 2023 as a sample,using the information visualisation software Citespace to analyse the research topics related to group management and control,and combing the research in the past two decades and the characteristics of the research at different stages,the study found that the domestic group management and control research group is in a period of rapid development,and group management and control research organizations are mainly concentrated in large state-owned enterprises,research institutes and universities.The research hotspots focus on group governance structure,group company strategic management,group company internal control,group company social responsibility,group company innovation and control.The research perspective tends to be diversified,and presents the trend of multidisciplinary cross.Under the new domestic situation,the digital control and globalisation control of enterprise groups are worth paying attention to.
