摘　　要：通过公共卫生医师规范化培训(以下简称公卫医师规培)推动毕业后教育,着力提升公共卫生医师的临床基本技能和公共卫生实践能力。目前,全国越来越多的省份加入到公卫医师规培的试点工作中。重庆市从2018年开始,开展了重庆市公卫医师规培需求调研工作,2021年正式启动公卫医师规培项目。通过对首批学员的招生情况、培训时间、培训内容等进行介绍和分析,针对培训存在的问题,提出公卫医师规培工作以后开展方向的设想,为公卫医师规培的完善与发展寻找一些新思路,有助于公共卫生高层次复合型人才的培养。The public health physician standardized training focuses on improving the basic clinical skills and public health practice ability of public health physicians by promoting past-graduation education.At present,more and more provinces in China have joined the pilot work of public health physician standardized training.Since 2018,Chongqing has carried out a survey on the demand for public health physician standardized training in Chongqing,and officially launched public health physician standardized training in 2021.Based on the introduction and analysis of the enrollment,training time and training content of the first batch of students,it proposes the future orientation of public health physician standardized training in view of the existing problems in training,and seeks some new ideas for the improvement and development of public health physician standardized training,which is conducive to the cultivation of high-level interdisciplinary talents in public health.
