浙江省龙游县中小学生视力影响因素分析及“家校医”防控管理策略

摘　　要：目的调查浙江省龙游县中小学生视力现状,探究相关影响因素,为实施“家校医”防控管理策略提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法于2023年1—11月在龙游县抽取10268名中小学生作为研究对象,采用视力检测及填写问卷等方式开展视力现状调查,并进行二元logistic回归分析。结果二元logistic回归分析结果显示,女生、学段较高、居住在城镇、不住校、父母近视、每天户外运动时间<2h、每天使用电脑或手机时间≥1h、眼睛距电脑或手机屏幕距离<0.5m、未保持良好读写姿势及每天睡眠时间不充足等均为影响中小学生发生视力不良的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论龙游县中小学生视力不良发生率及近视发生率均较高,需针对性干预相关因素,并将家庭、学校和医疗机构紧密结合,共同关注并改善中小学生视力健康。Objective To investigate the visual acuity status of primary and secondary school students in Longyou County,Zhejiang Province,China,explore the relevant influencing factors,and to provide a reference for the implementation of the prevention and control management strategy of“home-school medicine”.Methods Between January 2023 and November 2023,10268 primary and secondary school children were selected as inclusion subjects in Longyou County using multi-stage sampling method,and the visual acuity status and baseline information of all inclusion subjects were investigated by visual acuity testing and filling out questionnaires,and binary logistic regression analyses were performed.Results Binary logistic regression analyses showed that female gender,high school grade,living in urban areas,not staying in school,parents with myopia,<2 h of outdoor exercise per day,≥1 h of time using computers or mobile phones per day,<0.5 m distance between eyes and computer or mobile phone screens,not maintaining good reading and writing posture,and insufficient sleep time every day were all influencing factors affecting the occurrence of poor vision in primary and secondary school students(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of poor vision and myopia among primary and secondary school students in Longyou County is high,it is necessary to intervene in the relevant factors,families,schools and medical institutions are closely integrated to pay attention to and improve the vision health of primary and secondary school students in the region.
