摘  要:硫酸亚铁的制备是典型的无机制备实验。按绿色化学的要求对实验方法进行改进,将废弃Fe资源综合利用,合成可用于抗贫血药物的重要原料硫酸亚铁,并按照药典的标准进行分析检测。学生强化了称量、除杂、加热、溶解、蒸发、结晶以及固液分离等实验基本技能,认识了Fe等废弃资源综合利用的重要性,进一步明了Fe的性质与生命健康之间的关系,体会化学在改善环境、促进人类健康和社会发展中的重要作用,增强了专业自信心和自豪感,对学生能力培养和素质发展具有良好的促进作用。The preparation of ferrous sulfate is a typical inorganic preparative experiment.In accordance with the principles of green chemistry,the experimental method has been improved to achieve comprehensive utilization of waste iron resources,synthesizing ferrous sulfate as an important raw material for anti-anemia drugs,and analyzing and testing it according to pharmacopoeia standards.Students have enhanced their basic experimental skills such as weighing,purification,heating,dissolution,evaporation,crystallization,and solid-liquid separation.They have also recognized the importance of comprehensive utilization of waste resources such as iron and further understood the relationship between iron properties and human health.They have gained an appreciation for the significant role of chemistry in improving the environment,promoting human health,and social development.This experience has strengthened their professional confidence and sense of pride,and has a positive impact on the cultivation of students’abilities and the development of their overall quality.
