摘 要:目的:探讨临床护生带教应用NCTEI量表进行师生双向评价的效果。方法:选取来我院实习2020-2021级四年制本科毕业护生40名,数字随机法随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统带教法,教学后老师对护生进行单向评价考核;实验组采用汉化中文版NCTEI评价表由护生和带教老师进行双向评价。对两组护生进行师生双向测评带教后的理论和操作考核成绩进行分析,并对两组护生临床带教效果满意度进行问卷调查。结果:实验组带教后的理论和操作考核成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组带教后护生对临床带教效果满意度也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护生带教中应用NCTEI量表进行师生双向评价的可不断督促老师改进教学方法,让护生学有所获;同时也提高了护理实习生的参与度,进而提升教学质量;值得推广。[Objective]:To explore the effect of NCTEI scale in the two-way evaluation of clinical nursing students.[Methods]:40 nursing students were selected to practice in our university in 2020-2021.Numerical randomization was randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group adopted the traditional belt teaching method,and after teaching the teacher conducted a one-way evaluation and assessment on the nursing students.The Chinese version of NCTEI evaluation form was used in the experimental group.The theoretical and operational test scores of the two groups of nursing students were analyzed,and the satisfaction of the clinical teaching effect of the two groups was investigated.[Results]:The theoretical and operational test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).
