摘  要:2021年以来出台的“双减”等一系列教育政策与法规,对高职小学教育专业产生了重大影响,该专业学生的未来就业问题亟需引起重视。在“双减”政策等一系列因素影响下,高职小学教育专业学生短期内会承受较大的就业市场波动压力,将与教培行业共同经历转型阵痛,乃至因更难进入教育行业而涌向各类考试。在长期趋势上,该专业的就业将出现幅度较大且难以避免的结构性变化,专业未来口碑也将经受长期考验。为此,有关高职院校应迅速行动,提供就业助力,并抓住机会推动专业与院校的优化升级;高职小学教育专业学生也需积极了解政策,做好职业规划,坚持自我提升。Since 2021,a series of educational policies and regulations,such as the double reduction policy,have had a great impact on the primary education major of higher vocational colleges,and the future employment of students in this major needs to be paid attention.Under the influence of a series of factors such as the double reduction policy,the primary education students of higher vocational colleges will bear the pressure of large fluctuations in the employment market in the short term,and will experience the pain of transformation together with the education and training industry,and even flock to various examinations because it is more difficult to enter the education industry.In the long-term trend,the employment of this major will undergo a large and unavoidable structural change,and the future reputation of this major will also undergo a long-term test.Therefore,relevant higher vocational colleges should act quickly to provide employment assistance for students,and seize the opportunity to promote the optimization and upgrading of majors and colleges;Students majoring in primary education in higher vocational colleges also need to actively understand the policy,make career planning and adhere to selfimprovement.
