摘 要:鉴于水管单位作为积极推动高扬程电力提灌工程发展的管理主体,本文以高扬程水电提灌的实例,分析了高扬程提灌工程在可持续发展中的一些主要因素及存在的主要问题,提出了在强化可持续发展方面所采取的降低运行管理成本、建立合理的水价机制、微机化管理等措施,以期提高管道企业可持续发展的水平。Considering that water management units are the main management entities actively promoting the development of high-lift electric power lifting irrigation projects,this paper takes high-lift hydroelectric power lifting irrigation as an example,to analyze some of the main factors and existing problems of high-lift lifting irrigation projects in sustainable development.Measures such as reducing operating management costs,establishing a reasonable water pricing mechanism,and computerized management are proposed to strengthen sustainable development,in order to improve the sustainable development level of pipeline enterprises.
