高校科技成果转化赋能共同富裕——区域创业与创新的链式中介作用  

How to Empower Common Prosperity through the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities——The Chain Intermediary Role of Regional Entrepreneurship and Innovation

摘　　要：全体人民共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征,赋能共同富裕是高校科技成果转化所应承担的历史使命。然而,我国高校科技成果转化是否切实发挥这一赋能作用,为共同富裕提供强大支撑,仍是一个亟待回答的问题。为此,使用2012—2021年我国31个省份的面板数据进行分析,发现:高校科技成果转化能够通过提升富裕水平、缩小收入差距赋能共同富裕,区域创业与创新在其中发挥着链式中介作用;就提升富裕水平而言,高校科技成果转化对城镇的赋能作用要高于乡村;就缩小收入差距而言,高校科技成果转化在高企业社会责任履行程度地区的赋能作用显著,但在低履行程度地区不显著。基于此,提出了相应的对策建议。The common prosperity of all the people is an important feature of Chinese path to modernization,and enabling common prosperity is the historical mission of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities.However,whether the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities can effectively play this empowering role and provide strong support for common prosperity remains an urgent question to be answered.To this end,panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021 were used for analysis,and it was found that the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities can empower common prosperity by improving the level of prosperity and narrowing income gaps,in which regional entrepreneurship and innovation play a chain like intermediary role;in terms of enhancing the level of prosperity,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities has a greater empowering effect on urban areas than on rural areas;in terms of narrowing the income gap,the empowerment effect of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is significant in areas with high levels of corporate social responsibility fulfillment,but not significant in areas with low levels of fulfillment.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed.
