高职康复治疗专业“岗课赛证”融通的实践与探讨

摘　　要：积极推进我国人才储备和人才强国的战略,进一步优化我国的高等职业院校的教学系统,培养众多的高级科学技术型人才,是新时代我国对高等职业技术教育的新需求。为迎合新时代高职院校技能教育教学的需要,本研究在我院康复技术治疗专业进行“岗课赛证”融通的理论教学变革和实训操作改革,以理论课程革新为核心,从企事业单位技术岗位对人才的实际需求出发,与企事业单位共同协作构建“技能循序渐进、形式系统模式化”的课程教学和实训操作体系;以职业等级证书、各级技能大赛综合素质要求为核心重组康复专业的教学和实训内容,培养高素质的康复治疗专业技能型人才,进一步完善学工结合、德技兼修的教育教学体制。Actively promoting China's strategy of strengthening the country with talent,improving China's current vocational education and teaching system,and cultivating a large number of high-tech talents with high skills are new demands for vocational and technical education and teaching in the new era.In order to meet the needs of skill education and teaching in vocational colleges in the new era,this study conducts educational practice and reform in the rehabilitation technology treatment major of our hospital through the integration of"on-the-job course competition and certification".With curriculum reform as the core,it promotes the transformation of educational and teaching models.Starting from the demand for talents in technical positions and using practical typical work as the carrier,we work together with enterprises and industries to build a progressive and modular teaching curriculum system with progressive abilities;Integrating the teaching content of rehabilitation with the goal of vocational certificates and skill competitions,cultivating high-quality skilled talents in rehabilitation therapy,and further improving the education and teaching system of combining learning with work and combining moral and technical skills.
