儒家忠恕之道在现代领导工作中的运用艺术

摘　　要：被誉为“金规则”的儒家忠恕之道,是为己成己之道,是成人爱人之道。作为行仁之方和觉性之途,忠恕之道在组织管理中具有完善个体人格、形成和谐人际关系、建构组织生态、达成愿景目标等重要价值。在现代化管理视域下,领导者要在审视忠恕之道现实局限的前提下,在工作实践中对之进行创造性地转化运用:加强自身修为,树立忠诚担当信念;秉持仁爱之心,构建包容空间;优化机制建设,凝聚组织向心力;融合天道人道,实现发展目标。The Confucian principle of loyalty and forgiveness is praised as the“golden rule”.Applying it to oneself,one can achieve the best of himself or herself,and applying it to others,other people will get love and benefit.As a method of benevolence and a way toward awareness,the principle of loyalty and forgiveness has important values in organizational management,namely,perfecting the individual personality,forming the harmonious interpersonal relationship,constructing the organizational ecology,and achieving the prospected goal.From the perspective of modern management,leaders should first,as a premise,examine the practical limitation of the principle of loyalty and forgiveness,then creatively transform and apply it in the work:strengthen self-cultivation and establish the faith in loyalty and responsibility;uphold the heart of charity and create the inclusive space;optimize the mechanism construction and gather the cohesiveness of the organization;integrate the way of nature and humanity to achieve the development goal.
