摘  要:专业学位研究生教育已成为我国高层次应用型人才培养的重要组成部分,实践能力培养是专业学位研究生教育的核心,对于提升培养质量具有重要意义。文章通过理论研究和调研数据分析,建立了研究专业学位研究生实践能力培养满意度的结构方程模型,分析了工程管理类专业学位研究生实践能力培养现状和存在的问题,探讨了实践能力培养模式和提升路径。文章提出加强双导师之间的合作与交流,完善企业产教融合利益共享机制,推进课程体系改革,强化多元化质量评价与反馈机制等能力提升的优化路径,进而满足社会经济发展对应用型、复合型高层次工程管理专门人才的需求。Professional degree graduate education has become an important part of the cultivation of high-level applied talents in China,and the cultivation of practical ability is the core of professional degree graduate education,which is of great significance for improving the quality of training.Through theoretical research and research data analysis,a structural equation model was established to study the satisfaction of the practical ability training of graduate students with professional degrees,and the current situation and existing problems of the practical ability training of graduate students with engineering management majors were analyzed,and the mode and improvement path of practical ability training were discussed.This paper proposes to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between the two tutors,improve the benefit sharing mechanism of enterprise integration of industry and education,promote the reform of the curriculum system,and strengthen the diversified quality evaluation and feedback mechanism,so as to meet the demand for application-oriented and compound high-level engineering management professionals in social and economic development.
