摘  要:寄宿制学校在解决留守儿童的教育问题及农村教育资源配置问题中发挥着重要的作用。民办寄宿制学校作为寄宿制学校的一种形式,其家校合作现状受到人口变量因素的影响。研究选取四所学校413位家长,从家庭视角五个维度调查了家校合作中家长参与的现状,分析了婚姻、户籍、父母学历、父母工作地等人口变量对家长参与家校合作的影响,进一步检验了母亲学历在父母工作地与家长参与间的调节作用,同时访谈研究了家庭文化资本对家校合作中家长参与的影响。结果显示,民办寄宿制学校家校合作中家长参与整体水平中等偏下;对于人口变量影响因素分析发现,婚姻、户籍及父母学历不是主要的影响因素,父母工作地和家庭文化资本是比较重要的影响因素;家庭文化资本对家校合作中家长参与的影响更多体现在家长的观念及积极性方面。Boarding schools play an important role in addressing the education problems of left-behind children and the allocation of rural educational resources.Private boarding schools,as a form of boarding schools,are subject to the in-fluence of demographic variables in the current status of home-school collaboration.This study selected 413 parents from four schools and conducted an investigation from the family perspective across five dimensions to examine the current sta-tus of parental involvement in home-school collaboration;analyzed the impact of demographic variables,including matrimo-ny,household registration,parents educational level,and parental workplace,on parental participation in home-school col-laboration;the study further examined the moderating effect of mother's educational level on the relationship between pa-rental workplace and parental involvement.In addition,interviews were conducted to investigate the effect of family cultur-al capital on parental involvement in home-school collaboration.The study revealed that the overall level of parents'in-volvement in home-school collaboration at private boarding schools was lower than medium;for the analysis of the factors of demographic variables,parental workplace,and family cultural capital were the main influencing factors while matrimo-ny,household registration,and parents educational level were not;the influence of family cultural capital on parental par-ticipation in home-school collaboration is more evident in terms of parents'attitudes and proactiveness.
