摘 要:在新时期深化幼儿园教育改革的政策背景下,以新时期深化幼儿园教育改革中“守正创新”为研究课题具有一定的现实意义。新时期深化幼儿园教育改革中“守正”与“创新”之间具有辩证统一关系,“守正创新”的本质是坚守幼儿园教育本质与本质的生成和变化。“守正创新”存在一些困境:从二元论角度对幼儿园教育的“守正创新”进行理论研究,没有系统辩证地从根本上认识幼儿园教育本质及本质的生成和变化;幼儿园教育实践主力教师缺乏整体素养和研究能力的支撑,使其对“守正”的认识和践行不全面、不深入,且对“守正”的延伸、丰富、完善缺乏一定的建设性。“守正创新”的基本实施路径是紧密结合的幼儿园教育理论研究和幼儿园教育实践。同时,在路径实施中要注意:要建立在系统辩证的哲学基础上对新时期深化幼儿园教育改革中“守正创新”进行理论研究;要紧密结合新时期深化幼儿园教育改革中“守正创新”的幼儿园教育理论研究和幼儿园教育实践;要提升幼儿园教师在新时期深化幼儿园教育改革中“守正创新”的整体素养和理论研究的支撑能力。Under the policy background of deepening kindergarten education reform in the new era,it is of practi⁃cal significance to choose“integrity and innovation”as the research topic for the deepening of kindergarten education reform.In the process of deepening kindergarten education reform in the new era,there exists a dialectical unity rela⁃tionship between“integrity”and“innovation.”The essence of“integrity and innovation”lies in adhering to the dialecti⁃cal unity of the generation and transformation of the essence of kindergarten education.However,there are challenges in implementing“integrity and innovation.”Firstly,based on the dualistic perspective of theoretical research on“integ⁃rity and innovation”in kindergarten education,there has not been a systematic and dialectical understanding of the es⁃sence and its transformation.Secondly,main teachers in kindergarten practical education lack overall literacy and re⁃search abilities,resulting in a deficiency in comprehensive and in-depth understanding and practice of“integrity,”as well as a lack of constructive extension,enrichment,and improvement of the concept.The fundamental implementa⁃tion path of“integrity and innovation”involves a close combination of theoretical research on kindergarten education and practical kindergarten education.Emphasizing the following points in the path implementation is crucial:establish⁃ing theoretical research on“integrity and innovation”in the context of deepening kindergarten education reform in the new era based on a systematic and dialectical philosophy,closely integrating theoretical research and practice of“integ⁃rity and innovation”in deepening kindergarten education reform,and urgently enhancing the overall literacy and theo⁃retical research support abilities of kindergarten teachers in the new era of deepening kindergarten education reform.
