摘 要:在构建国际国内双循环新发展格局下,通过国家物流枢纽建设,高效整合各类要素资源,提高产业及区域协同发展能力,已成为推动形成新动能、促进经济高质量发展的内在要求。金华被确定为生产服务型国家物流枢纽。金华依托四通八达的综合交通枢纽,将物流优势转化为产业经济优势,致力于打造金华国际陆港、国际国内双循环示范经济区、“一带一路”中欧班列集结中心,积极推动通道优势向枢纽经济转型升级。本文对金华市建设生产服务型国家物流枢纽的基础条件进行分析,以金华建设生产服务型国家物流枢纽为例,研究通道经济向枢纽经济转变的实践过程。Under the construction of a new development pattern of international and domestic dual circulation,the construction of national logistics hubs,efficient integration of various factor resources,and improvement of industrial and regional coordinated development capabilities have become inherent requirements for promoting the formation of new driving forces and high-quality economic development.Jinhua City has been designated as a national logistics hub for production and service.Relying on the comprehensive transportation hub extending in all directions,Jinhua City has transformed its logistics advantages into industrial economic advantages.It is committed to building Jinhua City International Inland Port,international and domestic double circulation demonstration economic zone,and the"the Belt and Road"China Europe Train Gathering Center,and actively promoting the transformation and upgrading of channel advantages to hub economy.This article analyzes the basic conditions for building a production and service-oriented national logistics hub in Jinhua City.Taking Jinhua City as an example,it studies the practical process of transforming from a channel economy to a hub economy.
