摘 要:为提升沿海微盐蚀环境下桥面铺装层的品质,以湛江大道瑞云南路大桥为依托,采用改善沥青性能、混合料级配优化、减薄1.5cm的轻量化桥面铺装结构进行桥面铺筑,并在模拟沿海微盐蚀环境下进行了不同沥青混合料的性能验证。结果表明:与原设计表面层沥青混合料相比,轻量化桥面铺装结构表面层沥青混合料浸水马歇尔残留稳定度(提高5.2%)、冻融劈裂强度比(提高5.8%)、60℃动稳定度(提高1683次/mm)、抗剪强度(提高0.33MPa)、疲劳次数(提高514628次)等均得到明显的改善,铺筑的轻量化桥面铺装结构试验路段路用性能优良。在轻量化桥面铺装结构的表面层碾压过程中,较仅采用钢轮压路机碾压而言,建议初压温度在165℃以下、终压温度在110℃以上时采用钢轮压路机、胶轮压路机搭配的工艺进行碾压,以保障沥青路面的压实度及整体密实性。In order to improve the quality of bridge deck pavement under coastal mild salt erosion environment,based on Ruiyunnanlu Bridge of Zhanjiang Avenue,the lightweight bridge deck pavement structure with improved asphalt performance,optimized mixture grading and reduced 1.5cm thickness has been adopted to pave the bridge deck,and the performance of different asphalt mixtures have been verified under simulated coastal mild salt erosion environment.The results have shown that:being compared with the original design of the surface layer asphalt mixture,Marshall residual stability of asphalt mixture soaked in water(increased by 5.2%),freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio(increased by 5.8%),dynamic stability at 60℃(increased by 1683 times/mm),shear strength(increased by 0.33MPa)and fatigue times(increased by 514628 times)have been significantly improved.The test section of light weight bridge deck pavement structure has good pavement performance.In the process of rolling,as for the surface layer of lightweight bridge pavement structure,being compared with only using steel wheel roller,it has been recommended to use the process of steel wheel roller and rubber wheel roller for rolling when the initial pressure temperature is below 165℃and the final pressure temperature is above 110℃,so as to ensure the compaction and overall compactness of asphalt pavement.
