基于工程项目协作的校企合作模式的探索——以土木工程专业为例

摘　　要：湖南工程学院土木工程专业基于工程项目协作的校企合作新模式,依托土木工程智能防灾减灾与生态修复湖南省重点实验室平台,让学生在校期间利用课余和实习时间参与并协作配合企业完成工程项目,培养与提高学生的工程实践能力。合作模式实现了校企双赢,促进了产教融合,锻炼了学生的工程实践能力,提高了专业应用型人才培养的质量,可为其他单位校企合作实践提供借鉴与参考。The new model of college-enterprise cooperation for major civil engineering major of Hunan Institute of Engineering is based on the collaboration of engineering projects.Relying on the platform of Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Disaster Prevention,Mitigation and Ecological Restoration of Civil Engineering,students can participate in and collaborate with enterprises to complete the engineering projects during their school years by taking advantage of their spare time and internship to cultivate and improve their practical ability of engineering.The cooperation model has realized the win-win situation,promoted the integration of industry and education,trained the engineering practice ability of students,and improved the quality of professional and applied talents training,which can provide reference for other colleges in school-enterprise cooperation practice.
