军医维和时行为选择的伦理学探讨

摘　　要：通过文献复习、访谈和问卷调查等方法,对50名执行过国际维和任务的军医进行了研究,从伦理学的角度分析了其在执行维和任务时医疗行为选择的逻辑实质。研究发现,军医在维和时会因为遇到伦理道德困惑与伦理情感冲击,从而影响其行为选择。因此,军医维和时需要适应其军事角色定位,并且必须把救治和保护生命的医疗关怀作为首要行动原则,在尽可能的情况下向东道国提供必要的医疗帮助;同时,军队应当制定相关法律规章和制度规范为军医的行为选择提供充分依据,并在维和前后对军医进行适度而恰当的培训和心理建设。This study investigates 50 military medical personnel who have participated in peacekeeping missions through literature review,interviews,and questionnaire surveys.From an ethical perspective,it analyzes the logical essence of their medical behavior choices during peacekeeping missions.Through the study,it has been found that military medical personnel may encounter ethical and moral dilemmas and emotional challenges during peacekeeping,which can affect their behavior choices.Therefore,in peacekeeping,military medical personnel need to adapt to their military roles,and prioritize medical care that focuses on treatment and preserving lives as a fundamental action principle.Whenever possible,they should provide necessary medical assistance to the host country.Additionally,it is essential for the military to establish relevant laws,regulations,and institutional norms to provide a solid foundation for the behavior choices of military medical personnel.Adequate and appropriate training and psychological support for military medical personnel before and after peacekeeping missions are crucial.
