不同酸蚀模式与不同粘结剂在恒牙治疗中的应用比较

摘  要:利用显微镜与万能拉伸试验机等设备,分析全酸蚀方法、自酸蚀方法、Gluma磷酸酸蚀法的粘接系统,在年轻恒牙治疗中的粘接残余系数、粘接强度与封闭剂脱落率。结果证明,全酸蚀方法的粘接系统在年轻恒牙治疗时的封闭剂脱落率最小;自酸蚀方法的粘接系统封闭效果最差。酸蚀时间对全酸蚀方法影响较大,缩短酸蚀时间,可提升年轻恒牙粘接强度。酸蚀时间对Gluma磷酸酸蚀法影响较小;酸蚀时间一致时,全酸蚀方法的粘接强度明显高于Gluma磷酸酸蚀法,说明全酸蚀方法的粘接系统在年轻恒牙治疗中的效果优于Gluma磷酸酸蚀法的粘接系统。酸蚀浓度对不同酸蚀方法的粘接系统在年轻恒压中治疗效果影响均较小;不同酸蚀浓度时,全酸蚀方法的粘接残余系数最高,粘接强度最强。Microscopes,universal tensile testing machines and other equipment were used to analyze the adhesive residual coefficient,adhesive strength and sealant shedding rate of the bonding system of the total acid etching method,the self-acid etching method and the Gluma phosphoric acid etching method in the treatment of young permanent teeth.The experiment showed that the adhesive system of total etching method had the lowest sealant peeling rate in young permanent teeth treatment.The sealing effect of self etching adhesive system was the worst.The etching time had a great influence on the total etching method,and when the etching time was shortened,the bonding strength of young permanent teeth was improved.Etching time had little effect on Gluma phosphoric acid etching method.When the etching time was the same,the bonding strength of the total etching method was significantly higher than that of the Gluma phosphoric acid etching method,indicating that the bonding system of the total etching method is superior to that of the Gluma phosphoric acid etching method in the treatment of young permanent teeth.The etching concentration had little effect on the treatment effect of bonding systems with different etching methods at young constant pressure.At different acid etching concentrations,the total acid etching method had the highest adhesive residual coefficient and the strongest adhesive strength.
