摘  要:既有铁路桥涵进行改(扩)建时,为保证行车安全,通常在铁路线路上架设轨束梁对其进行加固。期间,根据《普速铁路工务安全规则》要求,需对既有线路行车采取限速措施,但设计文件要求的限速值使得线路施工期间的铁路运能很紧张。为了缓解铁路桥涵施工与列车运行之间的矛盾,研究建立了动力学分析模型,分析了不同列车时速下轨道刚度变化及列车安全性和舒适性指标变化,提出了不同情况下合理、安全的铁路限速目标值,为施工方案设计和管理铁路运能提供了理论指导。When the existing railway bridge and culvert are reconstructed(expanded),rail beams are usually reinforced by installing on the railway line to ensure traffic safety.During this period,according to the requirements of the“Safety Rules for Ordinary Speed Railway Works”,it is necessary to take speed limit measures for the existing lines,but the speed limit values required by the design documents make the railway capacity during the construction of the line very tight.In order to alleviate the contradiction between railway bridge and culvert construction and train operation,a dynamic analysis model was established,the changes in track stiffness and train safety and comfort indicators under different train speeds were analyzed,and reasonable and safe railway speed limit target values for different situations were proposed,providing theoretical guidance for construction scheme design and management of railway transportation capacity.
