摘  要:目的 探索多模态影像结合病例分析在神经外科学教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2021年5月在嘉兴学院附属第二医院学习的本学院2018级五年制临床医学专业185班和186班共86名学生为研究对象。采用试验对照方法,将185班44名学生设为A组,前半部分课程采用多模态影像结合病例分析教学方式,后半部分课程采用常规教学方式;将186班42名学生设为B组,前半部分课程采用常规教学方式,后半部分课程采用多模态影像结合病例分析教学方式。课程教学结束后,对两组学生进行相关理论知识考核和教学满意度问卷调查,比较分析两组学生不同教学安排的实施效果。结果 A组学生前半部分课程理论知识考核成绩为(92.5±12.7)分,教学满意度评分为(4.5±1.1)分;后半部分课程理论知识考核成绩为(85.8±10.6)分,教学满意度评分为(3.7±1.2)分。B组学生前半部分课程理论知识考核成绩为(86.5±11.4)分,教学满意度评分为(3.6±1.2)分;后半部分课程理论知识考核成绩为(91.8±12.8)分,教学满意度评分为(4.4±1.3)分。两组学生相同部分课程理论知识考核成绩和教学满意度评分比较,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 在神经外科学教学中应用多模态影像结合病例分析教学方式,能够提高学生的理论知识考核成绩和教学满意度评分,获得更好的教学效果,具有推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of multimodal imaging combined with case analysis in neurosurgery teaching.Methods From January 2020 to May 2021,86 clinical medical undergraduate trainees(from Class 185 and Class 186 of Jiaxing University Grade 2018 five years clinical medicine program)were selected as the research subjects which practiced in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiaxing University.Using the experimental control method,44 students from Class 185 were set up as group A,the first half of the course in group A was multimodal imaging combined with case analysis,the second half of the course was routine teaching method,42 students from Class 186 were set up as group B,the first half of the course in group B was routine teaching method,and the second half of the course was multimodal imaging combined with case analysis.At the end of the course,relevant theoretical assessment and teaching satisfaction survey were conducted for the two groups of students,and the effects of different teaching methods were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and student satisfaction in the first half of the course in group A were(92.5±12.7)points and(4.5±1.1)points respectively.The theoretical assessment scores of the second half of the course in group A was(85.8±10.6)points,and the student satisfaction was(3.7±1.2)points.In group B,the first half of the course theoretical assessment scores was(86.5±11.4)points,and the student satisfaction was(3.6±1.2)points.The second half of the course theoretical assessment scores in group B was(91.8±12.8)points,and the student satisfaction was(4.4±1.3)points.These were all statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusions In neurosurery teaching,the application of multimodal imaging combined with case analysis can improve students academic performance and teaching satisfaction,and obtain better teaching effect,which has the value of popularization and application.
