“人工智能+教育”在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的应用与思考

摘　　要：近年来,“人工智能+(artificial intelligence plus, AI+)教育”迅速发展,推动我国整个教育行业发生着重大的结构性变革。眼科学AI研究方兴未艾,赋予了“AI+教育”在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的巨大应用前景,从而有力地推动了眼科学教学改革和现代化进程。浙江大学医学院附属第二医院眼科中心率先尝试基于“AI+教育”的新型眼科住院医师规范化培训教学模式。本研究从完善基于AI技术的教学病例数据库、专家知识库和基于虚拟仿真技术的操作培训平台,以及面临的机遇与挑战等方面进行探讨,以推动“AI+教育”在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。In recent years,“artificial intelligence plus(AI+)education”has developed explosively,leading to structural changes in China s education industry.With the continuous deepening of AI research in ophthalmology,AI will play an important role in standardized training program of ophthalmology residents,which is conducive to promoting the development,reform and modernization of ophthalmology teaching.The eye center of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine pioneered the application of“AI+education”in the standardized training program of residents.This study explores the improvement of the ophthalmic teaching cases database,expert knowledge database of ophthalmology and virtual simulation technology-based operation training platform,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced,in order to promote the application of“AI+education”in standarized training of ophthalmic residents.
