摘  要:分布式电源的高渗透率接入,会导致重构过程中合解环安全形势更加严峻,合环电流有可能无法满足配电网要求。而新型移相器可以同时进行幅值和相位的调整,是有效解决合解环问题的重要手段。因此,提出一种在合环线路间装设新型移相器的方法,并设计了配电网重构的双层优化模型。该模型在上层进行配电网重构降低系统网络损耗,下层则以合环冲击电流加权和最小为目标优化合解环顺序。算例证明了所提的配电网重构策略,在降低电网损耗的同时,能够极大降低合环电流,提升合环操作的安全裕度。The high penetration of distributed generations will lead to more severe security problem in the process of reconfiguration,and the closing loop current may not meet the requirements of distribution network.New-type phase shifting transformer can adjust the ampli⁃tude and phase simultaneously,which is an important means to effectively solve the problem of loop closing or opening.Therefore,a newtype phase shifting transformer is proposed to be installed in the closed-loop line,and a double-layer optimization model for distribution network reconfiguration is designed.The upper layer of the model performs distribution network reconfiguration to optimize system network losses,while the lower layer optimizes the order of the closing loops with the objective of minimizing the closing loop impulse current.The case results demonstrates that the proposed strategy of reconfiguration can greatly reduce the closing loop current and improve the safety margin of closing loop operation while reducing the loss of distribution network.
