摘  要:为适应电力系统对高压、大功率及改善电能质量的需求,多电平变换器的电平等级不断提升,其电路结构日趋复杂。电路中半导体功率开关器件的增加不可避免地增加了系统故障的风险。因此,多电平变换器的故障诊断逐渐成为电力电子可靠性研究领域的关注焦点。大数据和人工智能技术的普及推动了基于数据驱动的多电平变换器智能故障诊断技术的发展。为此,设计了针对多电平变换器智能故障诊断的教学案例,基于嵌套式中点可控型五电平变换器,结合特征工程和深度学习算法,实现对变换器开关器件故障的检测和定位。此综合案例将人工智能和电力电子领域紧密结合,帮助学生深入理解理论知识和研究方法,提高工程实践应用能力,培养科研素养和创新精神。To adapt to the demands of high voltage,high power,and improved power quality in the power system,the voltage levels of multilevel converters are increasing,and their circuit structures are becoming more complex.The increase in the number of semiconductor power-switching devices inevitably increases the risk of system failures.As a result,fault diagnosis of multilevel converters gradually becomes the focus of attention in the field of power electronics reliability research.The popularization of big data and artificial intelligence technologies promotes the development of data-driven intelligent fault diagnosis techniques for multilevel converters.To address this issue,a teaching case for intelligent fault diagnosis of multilevel converters is designed.Based on a five-level nested neutral-point-piloted(5L-NNPP)converter,the case combines feature engineering and deep learning algorithms to achieve the detection and localization of power switch elements.This comprehensive case closely integrates artificial intelligence and power electronics,helps students gain a deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge and research methods,improves their engineering practical application capabilities,and cultivates scientific research literacy and innovative spirit.
