数字经济时代学术型硕士研究生创新能力影响因素综合评价研究

摘　　要：培养符合数字经济时代发展需求的创新型人才是研究生教育教学改革的重点方向。学术型硕士研究生的创新能力受到学生自身、导师指导、创新实践、培养条件等因素影响,构建学术型硕士研究生创新能力影响因素综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法-模糊综合评价法对湖南理工学院应用经济学学术型硕士研究生创新能力进行评价。研究发现,准则层中,学生自身因素是影响研究生创新能力的关键;指标层中,学生个人主动性、导师学术造诣、科研活动和激励机制是影响研究生创新能力的四个主要因素。因此,高校应在增强学生学习自主性、建设数字化创新型导师队伍、对接数字行业发展需求、构建跨学科培养模式和完善评价激励机制等方面提升学术型硕士研究生创新能力。It is the key direction of the reform of graduate education and teaching to train innovative talents in line with the needs of the development of digital economy.The innovative ability of academic graduate students is influenced by students themselves,tutors'guidance,innovative practice and training conditions.In this paper,we construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of innovation ability of academic graduate student,and use analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the innovation ability of academic graduate students in the major in applied economics in Hunan Institute of Science and Technology.The results show that:in the criterion layer,the student's own factor is the key to influence the student's innovation ability,students'initiative;in the indicator layer,academic achievement of tutors,scientific research activities and incentive mechanism are the main factors that affect the innovation ability of academic graduate students.Therefore,the institutions of higher education should enhance the student’s learning autonomy,build a team of digital innovative tutors,connect the needs of the digital industry development,construct the interdisciplinary training model of graduate students,and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism so as to promote their innovation ability.
