摘　　要：交通运输行业是国民经济重要的服务性行业,在我国经济发展与国际格局调整时期,交通运输单位要认清形势,准确把握发展方向,实现交通运输在新阶段的高质量发展。作为以财政拨款为主的交通运输系统事业单位,其为了提高财政资金利用效率,应当积极推进预算管理一体化发展。文章围绕预算管理,从预算管理各个环节活动有效开展的路径与方法进行阐述,加强资金管理,提升交通运输单位财务管理水平。The transportation industry is an important service industry of the national economy.In the period of economic development and international pattern adjustment in our country,the transportation unit should recognize the situation,accurately grasp the direction of development,and realize the higher quality development of transportation in the new stage.As a public institution of transportation system based on financial allocation,it should actively promote the integrated development of budget management in order to improve the efficien-cy of financial fund utilization.This paper focuses on budget management,from the budget management of each link of the effective devel-opment of the path and method to elaborate,strengthen the fund management,improve the level of financial management of transportation units.
