摘  要:内部质量监控机制建设是质量保障体系建设的重要内容,在保障正常教学秩序、提高教学质量和促进持续改进方面具有重要的意义。本文从监控内容、信息反馈、组织改进和再监控等方面分析了质量监控工作中存在的问题,提出以包含监控环节、监控内容、问题反馈、意见建议、整改情况及跟踪复查等全过程于一体的监控单为核心,对监控对象实行派单制的内部质量监控机制,以解决存在的问题,提升质量监控效果,推进质量文化建设。The construction of internal quality monitoring mechanism is an important part of the quality assurance system construction,which is of great significance in ensuring normal teaching order,improving teaching quality,and promoting improvement continuously.This article analyzes the problems in quality monitoring work from the aspects of monitoring content,information feedback,organizational improvement,and remonitoring.It proposes an internal quality monitoring mechanism that implements a dispatch system for monitoring objects,with a monitoring sheet that includes the entire process of monitoring links,monitoring content,problem feedback,opinions and suggestions,rectification status,and follow-up review as the core,to solve the existing problems and improve the quality monitoring effect,promote the formation of a quality culture.
