摘  要:γ-生育三烯酚(γ-Tocotrienol,γ-T3)是一种常见的植物化学物,属于天然维生素E中一大亚类,主要来源是棕榈油和米糠。与饱和性生育酚(TOC)相比,γ-T3侧链含有不饱和键,并形成异戊二烯链。γ-T3对多种慢性疾病具有治疗活性,尤其在抑制肿瘤增殖和侵袭方面具有广泛的应用潜力。随着研究的深入,越来越多证据表明γ-T3在抑制癌细胞迁徙和转移、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期和调节癌症相关信号通路等方面发挥着重要的作用。因此,本文将对γ-T3的抑癌作用与机制进行综述。γ-Tocotrienol(γ-T3)is a common phytochemical belonging to a major subclass of natural vitamin E,mainly derived from palm oil and rice bran.Compared to saturated tocopherol(TOC),theγ-T3 side chain contains unsaturated bonds and forms isoprene chains.γ-T3 has therapeutic activity for various chronic diseases with broad potential applications,especially in inhibiting tumor proliferation and invasion.With deeply research,more and more evidence suggests thatγ-T3 plays an important role in inhibiting cancer cell migration and metastasis,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,arresting cell cycle and regulating cancer-related signaling pathways.Therefore,this article will review the anti-cancer effects and mechanisms ofγ-T3.
