摘 要:本体感觉神经肌肉协调训练(PNF)的核心在于通过刺激肌肉和神经系统,达到放松和热身的目的,在提高身体柔韧素质、提升肌肉发力质量、改善机体平衡等方面有着积极的作用。进一步探究PNF技术对于健美操运动员运动能力的影响发现,相较于传统的拉伸放松方式,PNF技术能够更好地提高健美操运动员在力量、速度、灵敏、耐力和柔韧方面的能力,进而提高其运动能力。因此,建议在健美操训练中引入PNF技术,以保障健美操运动员训练后的放松效果,提高健美操运动员的成绩。The core of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)lies in stimulating muscles and nervous systems to achieve the goal of relaxation and warm-up,which has a positive effect on improving the flexibility of the body,enhancing the quality of muscle power,and improving body balance.Through the further exploration of the impact of PNF technology on the athletic ability of aerobics athletes,it is found that compared to traditional stretching and relaxation methods,PNF technology can better improve the ability of aerobics athletes in terms of strength,speed,sensitivity,endurance and flexibility,and then improve their athletic ability.Therefore,it is recommended to introduce PNF technology in aerobics training to ensure the relaxation effect of aerobics athletes after training and improve their performance.
