自主学习方式在高校排球教学中的应用探讨

摘　　要：自主学习方式是一种与传统的“接受学习”相反的学习方式,是高校学生于排球课堂中必备的学习品质之一。掌握自主学习方式的学生,其学习成效更突出,便于教师达成某种教学目的,而将自主学习方式科学应用,成为教师培养综合型人才、创造型人才的关键所在。该文着重论述高校排球教学中自主学习的重要性及原则,引申出具体的自主学习方式应用策略,补充若干注意事项,为相关教师提供教学方面的思路和灵感。The autonomous learning method is a learning method that is opposite to traditional"receptive learning"and is one of the essential learning qualities that college students must possess in volleyball classrooms.Students who master self-directed learning methods have more outstanding learning outcomes,making it easier for teachers to achieve a certain teaching objective,and the scientific application of self-directed learning methods has become the key for teachers to cultivate comprehensive and creative talents.The article focuses on the importance and principles of self-directed learning in volleyball teaching in colleges and universities,extends specific strategies for applying self-directed learning methods,and supplements several precautions,so as to provide teaching ideas and inspiration for relevant teachers.
