摘　　要：元宇宙技术的高速发展将推动体育健康行业数字化转型,深刻变革人们的生活。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对元宇宙赋能体育健身产业的场景创设、多元价值与推进路径进行探析。研究认为,其在参与方式、教育方式与传播形式三方面具备现实价值,并提出要推动理念更新、建立相应制度、促进技术优化与实践探索的推进路径。理性看待元宇宙,准确认识超前概念和现实技术之间的差异,同时构建完善运行规范,建立相应法律法规,提前策划元宇宙,以迎接新社会形态。The rapid development of metaverse technology will promote the digital transformation of the sports health industry and profoundly change people's life.Using the literature method and the logical analysis method,this paper analyzes the scenario creation,multiple values and promotion paths of metaverse empowering the sports fitness industry.The study believes that it has realistic value in the three aspects of participation modes,education modes and dissemination forms,and puts forward the promotion paths of promoting concept update,setting up corresponding systems,and promoting technology optimization and practical exploration.We should rationally view the metaverse and accurately recognize the difference between advanced concepts and actual technology,and at the same time,we should construct and improve operation norms,establish corresponding laws and regulations and plan the metaverse in advance,in order to meet the new social form.
