摘 要:煤矿巷道掘进速度对采掘接替和正常生产具有重要影响。在煤矿巷道掘进工作中,综掘机械施工工艺已成为提高煤巷掘进速度、实现快速掘进的关键。介绍了综掘机大倾角出煤应用和技术发展水平,针对倾斜巷道出煤中地质复杂和运输系统不通畅等实际难题,提出了有效的解决方案,通过优化马达选型、漏斗与星轮设计、外接液压系统等改进措施,可显著提升运输系统工作质效。The speed of roadway driving in coal mine has an important effect on mining replacement and normal production.In the coal mine roadway driving work,the construction technology of fully-mechanized driving machinery has become the key to improve the progress of coal roadway driving and realize rapid driving.In this paper,the application and technical development level of fully-mechanized excavator with large inclination angle was introduced in detail,effective solutions were proposed to address practical challenges such as complex geological conditions and unobstructed transportation systems during coal mining in inclined roadways.By optimizing the motor selection,funnel and star wheel design,external hydraulic system and other improvement measures,the quality and efficiency of transportation system work have been significantly improved.
