摘　　要：本文介绍了基于UiPath平台的轻量级生产执行系统方法,以满足西门子M工厂的需求。该系统能够实现生产数据库的构建、与ERP系统的对接、实时数据收集等功能。经实验验证,该系统能有效提高生产效率、降低成本、提升产品质量,为小微企业的数字化变革与可持续发展提供有力支持。This paper introduces a lightweight manufacturing execution system approach based on the UiPath platform to meet the needs of Siemens M factory.This system can realize the construction of manufacturing database,docking with ERP system,real-time data collection and other functions.Experiments have verified that,this system can effectively improve manufacturing efficiency,reduce costs,improve product quality,and provide strong support for the digital transformation and sustainable development of small and micro-enterprises.
