摘  要:针对TBM法超长隧洞(>20km)支洞无轨运输与正洞有轨运输转换能力受限以及有轨运输运行速度受限导致TBM法超长隧洞施工物料供不应求而影响施工进度的问题,通过新增混凝土专用运输通道与倒运平台,降低了物料转换洞吊运压力,有效提升了物料无轨运输与有轨运输的转换效率;通过增设仰拱承轨台来代替钢轨枕支撑有轨运输轨道,提高了有轨运输轨道安装质量,有效提升了有轨运输的运行速度,大幅度缩短了超长距离物料有轨运输时间。上述两项措施在滇中引水香炉山隧洞的成功实施,实现了TBM法超长隧洞物料高效运输,可推广应用至其他类似隧洞工程。In response to the issues of limited capacity for untracked branch tunnel transportation and constrained operational speed for tracked main tunnel transportation in ultra-long tunnels(>20km)constructed using the TBM method,the implementation of two key measures has effectively addressed material supply shortages and improved construction progress.By introducing dedicated concrete transport channels and transfer platforms,the pressure for material transfer in branch tunnels has been reduced,significantly enhancing the efficiency of transitioning from untracked to tracked transportation.Additionally,the installation of an arch-supported rail platform to replace traditional rail sleepers has improved the quality of the tracked transportation track,resulting in increased operational speeds and substantial reductions in transit time for materials over long distances.The successful implementation of these measures in the Xianglushan Tunnel,the water diversion project in central Yunnan,has demonstrated efficient material transportation in ultra-long tunnels using the TBM method,with potential applications in similar tunnel projects.
