摘　　要：非医疗性目的的人类增强技术(HET)技术进入改造人、支配人的后技术阶段,使得技术本性及其与人类的关系发生改变,直接关乎人的尊严的实现状况。基于善良、崇高的人的尊严视角,前瞻性地、客观地探析HET技术对人的生命尊严、人性尊严、社会尊严产生的增益与损害、提升与降低、增加与减少的矛盾效应,具有重要的理论和实践双重价值。在科技迅速发展和价值观日趋多元化的当今社会,不能仅以技术乐观主义或技术悲观主义的观点简单地赞成或反对HET技术,而应该构建以强化人的尊严的价值为引导的相关对策,发扬HET技术的正向效应,克服、摒弃其负向效应,促进其更好地为人类服务。Human enhancement technologies for non-medical purposes have entered the post-technical stage of transforming man and dominating man.They will change the nature of technologies and their relationships with human beings and directly concerns the realization of human dignity.Therefore,based on the perspective of good and noble human dignity,it is of great theoretical and practical value to prospectively and objectively analyze the contradictory effects of human enhancement technologies on life dignity,human dignity and social dignity of human being,including gain and damage,enhancement and reduction,and increase and decrease.In today's society with the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing diversity of values,human enhancement technologies cannot be simply approved or opposed based solely on technological optimism or pessimism.But we should construct relevant countermeasures guided by the value of strengthening human dignity,carry forward the positive effects of human enhancement technologies and overcome and discard their negative effects so as to promote its better service for human beings.
