单纯放疗与同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 研究中晚期宫颈癌患者实施单纯放疗和同步放化疗治疗的临床效果。方法 选取86例妇科中晚期宫颈癌患者,根据治疗方法不同分为A组与B组,每组43例。A组采取单纯放疗治疗,B组采取同步放化疗治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 B组的治疗总有效率95.35%高于A组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组的不良反应发生率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后B组患者的生活质量量表(QOL)评分、Karnofsky功能状态(KPS评分)高于A组,糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)指标低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比单纯放疗治疗,中晚期宫颈癌治疗采用同步放化疗的治疗效果更理想,有效控制患者的病情,可提高患者生活质量及功能状态,建议临床对中晚期宫颈癌患者实施同步放化疗治疗。Objective To study the clinical effect of radiotherapy alone and concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods 86 patients with advanced cervical cancer were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.Group A was treated with radiotherapy alone,group B was treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of 95.35% in group B was higher than 81.40% in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life scale(QOL) and karnofsky performance status(KPS) in group B were higher than those in group A,and the indexes of carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen(SCC) were lower than those in group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with radiotherapy alone,simultaneous chemoradiotherapy is more effective in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer,which can effectively control the patient's condition and improve the patient's quality of life and functional status.It is recommended that patients with advanced cervical cancer should be treated with simultaneous chemoradiotherapy.
