超声联合宫腔镜在内突型肌壁间子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探究超声联合宫腔镜在内突型肌壁间子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法 选取60例内突型肌壁间子宫肌瘤患者,基于计算机分组法分为研究组以及对照组,每组30例。分别使用超声联合宫腔镜、腹腔镜方式治疗,对比两组手术指标、并发症发生情况及治疗满意度。结果 两组术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组手术时间、术后排气时间、术后下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗满意度96.67%高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声联合宫腔镜手术治疗内突型肌壁间子宫肌瘤,在保障手术顺利进行的前提下,能够减少患者并发症发生,缩短患者住院时间,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of intramural intramural uterine fibroids.Methods 60 patients with intramural uterine fibroids were selected and divided into study group and control group based on computer grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.Ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy were used to treat the two groups,and the surgical indexes,complications and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction in the study group was 96.67% higher than that in the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with hysteroscopic surgery for the treatment of intramural intramural uterine fibroids can reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the hospital stay of patients on the premise of ensuring the smooth operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
