低频脉冲膀胱治疗仪结合电针对宫颈癌患者术后尿潴留的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 研究低频脉冲膀胱治疗仪结合电针对宫颈癌患者术后尿潴留的临床应用效果。方法 选取108例宫颈癌术后患者,按照均衡、随机化原则将其分为单一组与联合组,各54例。单一组采用低频脉冲膀胱治疗仪治疗,联合组采用低频脉冲膀胱治疗仪结合电针治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果 治疗3个月,联合组的初始尿意膀胱容量(FVS)、最大尿流率(MFR)、最大尿意膀胱容量(MVS)均高于单一组,其残余尿量(PVR)少于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组的盆底肌综合肌力测定正常率72.22%高于单一组的51.85%(P<0.05)。联合组的逼尿肌收缩功能正常率、膀胱顺应性正常率高于单一组,术后尿潴留发生率低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论 在宫颈癌患者术后采用低频脉冲膀胱治疗仪结合电针,能改善患者的膀胱功能和盆底肌功能,降低尿潴留发生率。Objective To study the clinical effect of low frequency pulse bladder therapy instrument combined with electricity on postoperative urinary retention in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 108 patients with cervical cancer after surgery were divided into single group and combined group according to the principle of balance and randomization,with 54 patients in each group.The single group was treated with low frequency pulse bladder therapy apparatus,and the combined group was treated with low frequency pulse bladder therapy apparatus combined with electroacupuncture.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the initial urinary bladder volume(FVS),maximum urinary flow rate(MFR) and maximum urinary bladder volume(MVS) of combined group were higher than those of single group,and the residual urinary volume(PVR) of combined group was lower than that of single group(P<0.05).The normal rate of combined pelvic floor muscle strength was 72.22% higher than that of single group 51.85%(P<0.05).The normal rate of detrusor contractile function and bladder compliance in combination group was higher than that in single group,and the incidence of postoperative urinary retention was lower than that in single group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with cervical cancer after surgery,the use of low-frequency pulse bladder therapy instrument combined with electroacupuncture can improve the bladder function and pelvic floor muscle function,and reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
