摘　　要：自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis,AIH)是一种典型的自身免疫介导的肝脏疾病,大多数患者起病隐匿,无特定的临床表现,且检出率呈逐年上升趋势。其发病机制与T淋巴细胞介导的免疫调节紊乱,尤其是Treg/Th17失衡密切相关。AIH好发于围绝经期女性,性激素在免疫反应中起重要作用,其可通过影响免疫细胞的表达进而引起AIH的发生、发展。本文就性激素和Treg/Th17失衡在AIH中的作用及研究进展作一综述。Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH) is a typical autoimmune-mediated liver disease.Most patients have insidious onset without specific clinical manifestations,and the detection rate is increasing year by year.Its mechanism is related to the immune regulation disorder mediated by T lymphocytes,especially the imbalance of Treg/Th17.AIH occurs mostly in perimenopausal women.Sex hormones play an important role in the immune response by affecting the expression of immune cells,which can lead to the development and progression of AIH.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the role and research progress of sex hormones and Treg/Th17 imbalance in AIH.
