摘  要:从部队卫生防疫军士岗位任职需求出发,分析军士职业教育军事预防医学主干课程的核心技能,精心设计研讨选题,探索应用了研讨式教学法,95.45%(42/44)的学员表示愿意接受研讨式教学,95.45%(42/44)的学员认为研究讨式教学实现了多学科知识的交叉融合,能更加深入地参与课堂教学,加深了所学理论知识的理解与深刻记忆,提升了发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力,研讨式教学对他们的专业能力和岗位胜任力有一定的助推作用。In order to achieve the requirements for the sergeant position of sanitary and prevention in the army,analyzing the core skills of the main curricula of military preventive medicine in vocational education for sergeants,carefully designed the seminar topics,and explored the application of the seminar teaching method.Ninety-five point four five percent(42/44)of the students expressed their willingness to accept the seminar teaching,and 95.45%(42/44)of the students believed that the seminar teaching achieved the cross-integration of multidisciplinary knowledge,which enabled them to participate in classroom teaching more deeply,deepened the understanding and memory of the theoretical knowledge which they learned,and improved the ability to discover,analyse and solve problems.The seminar teaching played a certain role in promoting their professional ability and post competency.
